Provides skills and support to increase families' capacity to live healthy and independent lives
Community Kitchen
- A group of 3 to 5 adults from families who are on a budget and want to meet and cook healthy, nutritious meals to take home
- Cost is $2.00 per person in the household
- Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:00-11:45 a.m

Parent Circle
- An informal discussion and learning group where parents share, learn skills, find support and increase knowledge
- Free child care, and transportation may be available if needed
- Monday to Thursday, 9:00-11:45 a.m.

Family Support Worker (FSW)-
Provides support, training and referrals for children and families to decrease the risk of family disruption
Community Culture Program
- Develops culturally appropriate and family-oriented plans for children to remain safe while connected to their culture and family
Family Group Conferencing (FGC)-
Empowers families to take part fully in decision-making regarding their children's well-being
Better at Home

Non-medical support services to help seniors stay in their own homes longer
